The Costa Rica Perfect Coffee
Coffee is labeled perfect if it happens to be well balanced in respect of
mildness and cleanliness. It is also called a classic coffee, when there are no defects or tainting. This is
what one gets in Costa Rica coffee.
Costa Rica has many large mills and farms producing Arabica variety of coffee.
The coffee produced at Costa Rica has high citrus flavor reflecting its acidity nature or it has the tinge of
berry in it. The taste varies from a Nut to Chocolate on roasting.
Since most of the coffee is handled by big processing mills not owning their own
coffee plantations and have their own brand names. There are few organizations, having small operations and

the big mills.

production needs of the farm.

This all became possible because small farm producers do not get favorable price
when they are in compulsion are made to sell their produce at mills. The small farmers, with their own
processing produce their quality coffee, which is unique to their farm. These farms create their quality
specific lots offering different qualities in a selective manner so that they get pricing of their production
depending on the quality. These farms are open for long terms relations, with quality buyers who love quality
coffee and their needs match with the farm production capacities.
In the recent times the range of coffee flavors available have registered an
increase because of such farms interest and devotion to produce best quality coffee using both wet and dry
process in their coffee production. Thus making available to the customers directly and winning customers
confidence and loyalty. The coffee range includes floral and fruit tinge to the taste of coffee.
Their efforts have resulted in getting better price as well as there is lot of

Experimentation in Quality Production of Coffee:
Lot of experimentation is done with de-pulping and drying techniques of coffee
for producing coffee of high cup scoring. When the coffee is sun dried some quantity of fruit is made to dry
along with the parchment layer. The coffee has the looks of little bit green, but on roasting it results in
cocoa taste with marked sweetness.
